GAPS^© Updates Page

GAPS^© version 1.1 underestimates the standard deviation of negative control probe sets, which in turn causes overestimation of the number of probe sets called present.  GAPS^© version 1.11 fixes this problem.  This bug does not affect version 1.0.  Version 1.11 is now included in the main download, or you can download just the new perl script (if you've already downloaded the rest of the package) by clicking here.
