Data Files for the Rosetta Compendium

These data files contain information about the Rosetta Compendium experiments in tab-delimited form suitable for loading into a spreadsheet as well as the data available for querying and reporting in ExpressDB. To download a file, right click on the file name and select "Save Link As" (Netscape) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) on the menu that appears

• experiment_list.txt - list of the 300 experiments
• strain_table.txt - list of all the strains used in the compendium experiments
• data_expts1-75.newtxt - data file used to load the data for experiments 1 through 75
• data_expts1-75.report - the same data file used for experiments 1 through 75 after adding the SGD ORF Name, Gene Name, SGDID, and Description for those features that could be linked to SGD
• data_expts76-150.headertxt - data file used to load the data for experiments 76 through 150
• data_expts76-150.report - the same data file used for experiments 76 through 150 after adding the SGD ORF Name, Gene Name, SGDID, and Description for those features that could be linked to SGD
• data_expts151-225.headertxt - data file used to load the data for experiments 151 through 225
• data_expts151-225.report - the same data file used for experiments 151 through 225 after adding the SGD ORF Name, Gene Name, SGDID, and Description for those features that could be linked to SGD
• data_expts226-300.headertxt - data file used to load the data for experiments 226 through 300
• data_expts226-300.report - the same data file used for experiments 226 through 300 after adding the SGD ORF Name, Gene Name, SGDID, and Description for those features that could be linked to SGD
