Warning xr2or.exe is a utility that works ONLY on Windows NT/2000/XP that
already have Finnigan's XCalibur Software installed.

Features of Version 2.0.1
=========================
1. Converts to OpenRaw Version 3 Standard (supports multiple mz rulers)

2. Resource file is independent from MapQuant. It is named .xr2orrc 
   and does not have be set as an environment variable. It has to be in
   the same path as the executable. Program properties found in the .xr2orrc 
   file can be viewed using the -conf option.

3. Paths can be set on the command line with -X and -R.

Installation Instructions
=========================

1. Unpack xr2or-bin-2.0.1-20051129.zip

2. Set up the two properties in .xr2orrc that xr2or uses to point to the correct paths
   i.e. XRAW_DATA_PATH and RAW_DATA_PATH

3. Put xr2or.exe and .xr2orrc in a path that is included in your PATH environment variable 
   if you want to call it from any location.

4. WARNING: xr2or will only convert the XCalibur files that are compatible with the current 
   version of XCalibur installed on the machine.
