Polonator Software

The Polonator software is split across 3 archives. Links below are changed to always point to current versions when updates are made.

There are 2 tarballs for the instrument PC:

http://speedy.med.harvard.edu/PolonatorSoftware/dl/current_fluidics

And one for the image processing PC:
http://speedy.med.harvard.edu/PolonatorSoftware/dl/current_pipeline

Note these are normally retrieved and extracted by automated scripts running on each of the Polonator PCs.
