Organoids-on-chips Super-centenarians

Therapies & aging
We can test new therapies in human organoids-on-chips as well as transplant technologies. Specific alleles can be introduced via CRISPR to establish causality. Similar methods used for epi-genetic reprogramming to establish these organoids can be used to reset human cells and tissues to youthful properties and stages. Additional information about survival past 110 years is sought in the genomes of supercentenarians.
