Genes + Environs = Traits (GET)
The Personal Genome Project is the world's only open access data resource for integrating these components of precision medicine. This is becoming increasingly useful for establishing standards (see genominabottle.com), interpretation of variants of known or unknown significance (VUS) -- GET-evidence, Critical Assessment of Genome Interpretation (CAGI), genetic modifier alleles, diplotypes and environmental influences.
