THE LIST OF E. COLI AMPLIFICATION PRIMERS

These primers were generated with AmpliFinder 1.0, a modification of PrimerFinder,
and data from Escherichia coli K-12 MG1655 M52, complete genome. They were designed 
for use with pTrcHisb from Invitrogen. NcoI at the N terminus removes the ATG and 
the His tag. The C-terminus enzyme is either BclI, BglII or BamHI (which have 
compatible ends). So far, the list includes primers for 3796 of the 4405 genes.
