TGT Solution

Mix the following to make 157.5 mL of TGT solution.:

            6         mL of 1M Tris, pH 7.3 (5.184 uL of 1M Tris-Acid + 816 uL of 1M Tris-Base)

            75      mL 99% glycerol

            75      mL of dH20

            1.5       mL 1% Triton X-100
