Wash LS

Final Formulation:   

10 mM Tris (pH 7.5)

10 mM KCl

2 mM EDTA (pH 8.0)

0.01% Triton X-100

Recipe for four liters.

(1) Mix the following:

            32         mL of 1M Tris-Acid

            8          mL of 1M Tris-Base

            20         mL of 2M KCl

            16         mL of 500 mM EDTA

            400       uL of Triton X-100

(2) Fill to four liters

(3) Mix by shaking or with stir-bar.
