Site specificity score vs. Group specificity score
Two related measures of how specific the motif is to the AlignACE input sequence.
Sgroup is a measure of how many of the top predicted ORF targets in the genome were used to align the motif.
Ssite is a measure of how many of the top predicted motif instances in the genome are located in the sequence used to align the motif.
Ssite is more useful for bacterial genomes which have operons and multiple motif instances within a single upstream region.
