Tabulated Results

pheno_data.zip	This Excel file contains the summary of results obtained from simple analysis of the raw data. Included are worksheets that list the strains that have a deficient growth phenotype under any conditions, as well as strains that are only deficient for growth under one and two conditions. Both the Conservative and Relaxed sets are included.
GenePix_raw.zip	This contains the tab-delimited results files outputted from GenePix for each plate on all condition. It is from these files that the diameter and pixel intensity values were obtained in calculating spot growth.
Comparison.zip	This Excel file contains the summary of our comparison of our data to the Birrell and Steinmetz data
