dot Figures

 

Below are all the files related to the figures that show the pairwise BIC and synthetic lethal relationships between subunits of protein complexes. All figures were generated using dot (part of the Graphviz package from AT&T Labs).

 

 

dotgen.zip

Includes dotgen.pl, the script needed to generate the input files for dot, and the three data files that are used to create the final figures. The data files are the list of BIC members, the Gavin et. al. complex data and the Tong et. al. synthetic lethal pairs.

 

 

dotinputfiles.zip

These are the input files for dot, generated by dotgen.pl.

 

 

Composites.zip

Complex-centric figures that show the pairwise interactions of BIC and synthetic lethality relationship with subunits of other complexes. For example 16.jpg shows all the pairwise complex interactions with Complex 16.

 

 

AllDOTFiles.zip

Figures of all the pairwise complexes generated with BIC and synthetic lethality relationships between subunits illustrated.
