1x Bleaching Buffer

Final Formulation:   

100mM Tris (pH 8.8)

 50mM KCL

(1) Mix the following:

 16.6  mL of       1M Tris Acid

 83.4 mL of        1M Tris Base

 25    mL of        2M KCl

(2) Fill to 1 liter with dH20

(3) Mix by shaking or with stir-bar.
