1x Klenow Extension Buffer

Final Formulation:   

50mM Tris (pH 7.3)

5mM MgCl2

0.01% Triton X-100

(1) Mix the following:

43.2    mL of       1M Tris Acid

 6.8     mL of        1M Tris Base

 5        mL of        1M MgCl2

(2) Fill to 1 liter with dH20

(3) Add 100 uL of Triton X-100 (to 0.01%)

(4) Mix by shaking or with stir-bar.
