1x Quenching Buffer

Final Formulation:   

10mM Tris (pH 7.5)

50mM KCL

20mM EDTA

(1) Mix the following:

       10 mL            1M Tris (pH 7.5)

       25 mL            2M KCl

       40 mL            500mM EDTA (pH 8.0)

(2) Fill to 1 liter with dH20

(3) Mix by shaking or with stir-bar.
